Donald Trump has decided to skip the first Republican National Committee debate next week and is reportedly seeking a sit-down interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson instead. Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson is currently en route to Europe, and Trump's decision to counterprogram the debate may draw attention away from the event. Trump is also facing his fourth criminal indictment and must turn himself in to Georgia authorities by Aug. 25.
