Law enforcement agents have apprehended Francisco Oropesa, 38, in connection with a deadly shooting in Cleveland, Texas on Friday night. Oropesa was taken into custody without incident and is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on charges of first-degree murder. The FBI, Border Patrol, and U.S. Marshals were all involved in the manhunt for the suspect, who had been on the run since the shooting.
