Authorities in southwestern Oregon are warning that Benjamin Obadiah Foster, a 36-year-old man with a history of violence, is actively using online dating applications to evade capture and potentially find new victims. He is wanted in connection to a kidnapping and severe beating of a woman, and is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him is urged to call 911 immediately.
