Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in Moscow for a three-day visit to meet with President Vladimir Putin and discuss the healthy and stable development of China-Russia relations. This visit comes days after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Putin, and follows Putin's surprise visit to the occupied Ukrainian port city of Mariupol. It is hoped that the visit will give new impetus to the two countries' relations.
