Tesla is recalling over 2 million of its vehicles, including the Model S, Model X, Model 3 and Model Y, due to a software failure related to its semi-automatic Autopilot feature. The NHTSA's investigation found that the Autosteer feature was not sufficient to prevent driver misuse, and Tesla is urging drivers to remain vigilant and take additional steps to ensure their safety.
