59-year-old Patrick Scott from Arlington, Indiana has been charged with murder after human remains were found buried in a pit on his property. It is alleged that Scott strangled his 17-year-old neighbor, Tindall, with a belt and buried her in a homemade box in his backyard. He has been appointed a public defender and is facing charges of murder, obstruction of justice, and false informing.
