A 41-year-old Washington, D.C. government employee has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of 13-year-old Karon Blake earlier this month. The shooting occurred after an argument between the two, and Blake's last words were reportedly "he shot me". The Metropolitan Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident and is asking anyone with information to contact them.
