Glenn Kirschner, a former U.S. Army prosecutor and legal analyst for MSNBC, has criticized House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) for attempting to probe the indictment, and Trusty has suggested that the Trump legal team will argue that the indictment is "overreaching" and "unconstitutional." It is yet to be seen if the motion to dismiss will be granted.
