The lawyers are proposing a settlement that would require Jones to pay at least $85 million over 10 years. The filing states that Jones has “failed in every way to serve as the fiduciary mandated by the Bankruptcy Code” and that he should be held accountable for his actions. Jones has yet to respond to the accusations made in the legal filing.
