Ann Arbor Police are investigating the death of former police oversight commissioner Jude Walton, 51, as a homicide. Walton was found dead in her home with signs of forced entry and "obvious signs of trauma" on her body. Interim Police Chief [...] has urged anyone with information to contact the department, as they are "deeply saddened" by Walton's death and committed to finding the person or persons responsible.
