Gwyneth Paltrow is being sued by a 76-year-old retired optometrist for more than $300,000 in damages, claiming that she skied into him and caused four broken ribs. On Thursday, Paltrow's attorneys questioned the optometrist's daughter about emails exchanged with her father and the possibility that the lawsuit was filed because of Paltrow's fame. Paltrow is countersuing for $1 and attorney's fees, and the trial is expected to continue through the weekend.
