Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on 37 counts of criminal activity, including willfully keeping sensitive national defense information under the Espionage Act. Attorney General William Barr has stated that if the counts of espionage are true, Trump is "toast". The indictment follows an investigation by the National Archives which found documents missing from the files turned over at the end of Trump's term.
