Former President Donald Trump has been indicted by a New York grand jury on charges in connection with hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels. This is the first time in U.S. history that a former president has been indicted, and the indictment was issued in response to a Trump campaign email. Michael Cohen, Trump's former fixer, provided testimony and other evidence to the grand jury, and the Manhattan District Attorney can now move forward with criminal charges against Trump.
