An Amber Alert has been issued for 9-year-old Charlotte Sena who disappeared from Moreau Lake State Park in upstate New York while camping with her family. The FBI has joined the search and is asking anyone with information to contact the New York State Police. Charlotte's mother, Trisha Sena, has expressed her hope for her daughter's safe return.
