Ulysses Campos, a 9-year-old boy, was killed in a drive-by shooting while attending his grandmother's birthday party in Chicago suburb Franklin Park on Saturday night. Police have taken a person of interest into custody and have found a car suspected to be involved in the shooting. Ulysses' family has placed a cross at the scene of the shooting to remember him, and the Franklin Park community is mourning his loss.
