Bob Huggins, head coach of the West Virginia University men's basketball team since 2007, has resigned following his arrest on suspicion of drunken driving. He apologized for his conduct and expressed regret for letting the university community down. A criminal complaint revealed that his blood alcohol content was 0.21%, more than twice the legal limit. The university is now conducting a search for a new coach to lead the program.
