Former President Donald Trump has been indicted for the fourth time in Fulton County, Georgia for a range of felonies related to his attempts to overturn the 2020 election results. Mark Meadows, one of the co-defendants in the case, has filed a motion to move the case to federal court. Trump cannot rely on a presidential pardon to escape punishment as the case is being handled by state prosecutors.
