Richard Allen, a northern Indiana man charged with killing two teenage girls, has had his attorneys file court documents claiming his innocence and that the girls were actually killed as part of a ritual sacrifice. The attorneys have requested a hearing to present evidence that the search warrant for Allen's house was based on faulty probable cause and should be thrown out. Allen has pleaded not guilty to all charges and his attorneys are hoping the court will grant them a hearing to present their evidence and throw out the search warrant.
