Actor Alan Ruck Involved in Four-Vehicle Crash in Hollywood, Resulting in Pickup Truck Slamming Into Pizzeria

Actor Alan Ruck, known for his roles in “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” and “Succession,” was allegedly involved in a four-vehicle crash in Hollywood on Tuesday night that resulted in a pickup truck slamming into a pizzeria.

According to two law enforcement sources, the crash happened at around 9:25 p.m. when a three-car collision resulted in Ruck’s Rivian pickup truck veering off of the road and slamming into the Raffallo’s Pizza building, located in the 1600 block of La Brea Avenue. Security camera video showed the pickup rear-end a car at a stoplight, then strike a BMW SUV before it ended up partly inside Raffallo’s Pizza.

The Los Angeles Fire Department reported that a 32-year-old man was transported to a local hospital in fair condition, while two other people, a 40-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man, were also treated for minor injuries.

Ruck, who famously starred as Cameron Frye in “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” is best known for his role as Connor Roy in the HBO series “Succession.” He has also appeared in films such as “Twister,” “Speed,” and “Star Trek: Generations.”

The cause of the crash is still under investigation. No charges have been filed at this time.
