Former President Donald Trump and his former fixer Michael Cohen faced off in a civil fraud trial in New York on Tuesday. This is the first time the two have seen each other in five years, since Cohen publicly turned on Trump in 2016.

Cohen testified that Trump would come up with his own net worth estimations and it was his responsibility, along with Allen Weisselberg, to reverse engineer the numbers. Cohen said that Trump “arbitrarily” set net worth numbers for his 2011 financial statement.

When asked how it felt to see Cohen, Trump said, “Well I hadn’t seen him in years.” Trump voluntarily attended the trial for a sixth day this month. Cohen didn’t look at Trump while walking past him to testify as a key witness against his former boss.

“This is not about Donald Trump vs. Michael Cohen or Michael Cohen vs. Donald Trump,” Cohen said as he arrived at the courthouse. “This is about accountability, plain and simple.”

As Cohen was walking off the stand, Judge Arthur Engoron instructed him not to talk to anyone in the hallway. The trial is expected to continue for the next few weeks.
