Former President Donald Trump and 18 Others Indicted on Charges Related to Alleged Efforts to Overturn 2020 Election Result

A Georgia grand jury has indicted former President Donald Trump and 18 other people on charges related to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election. The 41-count indictment includes allegations of extreme harassment and intimidation of a former Fulton County poll worker, Ruby Freeman, who refused to illegally change the election result in Trump’s favor.

According to the indictment, Freeman was falsely accused of being “a professional vote scammer and known political operative” who “stuffed the ballot boxes” with hundreds of thousands of fake votes. Members of the enterprise traveled from out of state to harass Freeman, intimidate her, and solicit her to falsely confess to election crimes that she did not commit.

One of the 18 alleged co-conspirators is Trevian Kutti, a publicist who often posts pro-Trump sentiments on social media and once worked with Kanye West. Kutti is accused of trying to influence Freeman’s testimony in the election fraud case.

Freeman has said that she was living in fear after the false accusations. She has since spoken out about the harassment and intimidation she experienced, and is now seeking justice.

The indictment is a sweeping racketeering case that details the extreme lengths that Trump and his associates allegedly went to in order to overturn the election. The case is ongoing, and it remains to be seen what the outcome will be.
