Ramaswamy went on to criticize Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel, suggesting she ought to resign, and then launched an attack against debate host NBC News, saying the network’s moderators should be replaced by conservatives like former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, podcast host Joe Rogan and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

At the debate, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley sparred with each other but tiptoed around former President Donald Trump, who is currently leading in national and state polls. DeSantis and Haley both expressed their disagreement with Trump, but did not offer any concrete plans for how they would challenge him.
