Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino has reached an agreement with his partner Noor Alfallah regarding the custody and child support of their 4-month-old son Roman Alfallah Pacino. According to court documents obtained by TODAY.com, Pacino and Alfallah will share joint legal custody of Roman, with Alfallah having primary physical custody.
In addition to the monthly child support payments of $30,000, Pacino has also been ordered to pay Alfallah $110,000 upfront, as well as $13,000 for a night nurse, coverage of medical bills not covered by insurance, and a $15,000 annual deposit into an education fund. Pacino will also give Alfallah 6% of his annual gross income in excess of $2,500,000 per year, capped at $4,000,000, or up to $90,000.
The couple will also consult with one another on all major decisions relating to Roman’s health, education, and welfare. Pacino will also have reasonable right of parenting time (visitation) with Roman.
The 83-year-old actor and the 29-year-old Alfallah have been in a relationship since 2018. This is Pacino’s fourth child, and Alfallah’s first. The couple has not yet commented on the agreement.
