Hunter Biden Files Lawsuit Against Rudy Giuliani and Robert Costello for Allegedly Illegally Accessing and Manipulating Stolen Data

Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, has filed a lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani and Giuliani’s former attorney Robert Costello. The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in California, accuses the pair of illegally accessing, hacking and manipulating stolen personal data.

The lawsuit claims that Giuliani and Costello have “dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy” to looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that was taken or stolen from Hunter Biden’s electronic devices.

The lawsuit further alleges that the pair’s actions have caused “total annihilation” of Hunter Biden’s digital privacy. It also claims that Giuliani and Costello have used the stolen data to spread false and damaging information about Hunter Biden, and to “further their own political and financial interests.”

Giuliani and Costello have yet to respond to the lawsuit. However, Giuliani has previously denied any wrongdoing and has stated that he has only acted in the public interest.

Hunter Biden is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction to prevent Giuliani and Costello from further accessing, disseminating, or using his stolen data. The lawsuit also seeks to have the stolen data returned to Hunter Biden.
