Fulton County officials have released the first two booking photos of defendants indicted in Donald Trump’s election interference case in Georgia. John Eastman, an attorney whose fringe theories were at the core of Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, turned himself in on Tuesday and was released on $100,000 bond.
Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal attorney, also surrendered at an Atlanta jail to be booked on Wednesday. He faces 13 felony counts, including allegedly breaking Georgia’s anti-racketeering law, making false statements and soliciting a public officer to violate their oath. Giuliani spearheaded efforts to challenge the election results after Trump’s loss.
Bail bondsman Scott Hall also turned himself in on Tuesday after being charged for his alleged role in the breach of voting. Ahead of his surrender, Giuliani told reporters that he would plead not guilty to the charges.
The booking photos of Eastman and Giuliani were released by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. The photos show the men wearing masks and standing in front of a background with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office logo.
The indictments are the latest development in the ongoing investigation into the Trump campaign’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. The investigation is being led by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
