Woman Files Police Report After Being Hit by Microphone Thrown by Cardi B During Las Vegas Performance

A woman has filed a police report for battery after being hit by a microphone thrown by rapper Cardi B during a performance in Las Vegas over the weekend.

The incident occurred Saturday night at Drai’s Beachclub, when a fan threw a large drink on stage during Cardi B’s performance of “Bodak Yellow”. The rapper responded by throwing her microphone in the direction of the fan.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said the woman, who was not named, reported the incident to police one day after the concert. She said she was struck by an item thrown from the stage. Videos circulating on social media show the microphone hitting the fan and another woman, before ricocheting into the air.

Cardi B has not yet commented on the incident. However, many of her fans have taken to social media to express their support for the rapper.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating the incident. It is unclear if any charges will be filed.
