The Pender County Sheriff’s Office received a call Sunday morning from a woman who said her son, a Marine, had failed to arrive on a flight to Oklahoma the night before. Deputies responded to the call and found the bodies of the three Marines in the vehicle at a Speedway gas station in Hampstead.
