The sheriff also announced that a 38-year-old woman from Crystal Springs, Jodie Marie Tebo, was arrested and is facing charges in connection with the escape and investigation.

Sheriff Jones thanked the “state, federal and local law enforcement agencies that assisted with the tense days long investigation and search regarding the escapees.”

The four inmates had wreaked havoc on communities in and around Jackson for almost two weeks after their coordinated escape. The capture of the last inmate brings the investigation to a close.
