Keenan Anderson was restrained and shocked six times with a Taser in less than a minute on January 3rd. His heart could no longer withstand the pressure and he died four hours later.
At a news conference on Friday, lawyers Benjamin Crump and Carl Douglas announced the filing of the claim. Syncere Kai Anderson, Keenan’s 5-year-old son, was present at the conference, held by his mother, Gabrielle Hansell.
