Banks Face Lawsuits for Allegedly Profiting from Jeffrey Epstein’s Sex Trafficking

The lawsuits allege that the banks were aware of Epstein’s activities and chose to ignore them in order to make millions of dollars from him. They are seeking class-action status to represent other victims of Epstein.

The banks argue that the lawsuits should be thrown out, claiming that they did not violate any laws by doing business with Epstein. The plaintiffs, however, allege that the banks knowingly profited from Epstein’s sex trafficking and put profits before following the law.

The court will decide whether the suits can proceed.
